Normal delivery time is stated on the website for the current period. During periods of high order volume, the delivery time may be extended. We do our utmost to ensure you receive your shipment as quickly as possible. When your spa is ready, you will be notified about delivery. If your order is delayed for any reason, please contact our customer service. Your order may need to be split into more than one delivery, which means packages/goods will arrive with different arrival dates. The packing slip will indicate that a product is backordered and that more deliveries are expected, and you will receive a tracking number per package.
Smaller packages are sent to a pickup point. You will need to show ID when collecting your package. When purchasing accessories or spare parts, a shipping cost is added and will be specified at the time of ordering.
All our larger deliveries within Sweden are made with Schenker or DHL. In some cases where you have chosen delivery by crane truck, an external company may handle the delivery. The goods are sent to your property or property boundary. The included delivery is by regular truck. You need to order crane truck freight or arrange your own unloading with, for example, a tractor or forklift to get the spa off the truck. When purchasing accessories or spare parts, a shipping cost is added and will be specified at the time of ordering. Tracking numbers and delivery notifications will be sent to you as soon as Schenker or DHL has received your goods for delivery. With the help of the tracking number you can also monitor your package/goods status on the Schenker/DHL website. If you have any specific requests regarding the delivery, always contact our customer service and we will try to find a solution. Delivery takes place on weekdays 07:00 – 17:00. In cases where another freight company is used, we will contact you at booking. When unloading on your property or property boundary, the driver is not obligated to assist with unloading.
Check the packing slip to ensure all items have been included in the shipment. If something is missing and not backordered, contact customer service. This must be reported within 2 weeks of receiving delivery.
If you as a company have placed an order, the package will be sent with Schenker/DHL. The package will then be delivered to the company’s delivery address or pickup point depending on package/goods size. Delivery takes place on weekdays between 07:00-17:00.
