Below we describe step by step how the delivery works and what is good to think about before receiving the goods.

We cannot guarantee which day a spa will arrive to you, but we can control through which day the spa can be picked up from us.
Free shipping applies when delivered by regular truck. You need to arrange unloading yourself with a forklift or tractor with long forks. The spa is lifted in the rails under the spa. Handle the goods carefully. The lifting rails under the spa do not need to be removed.
If you have chosen crane truck unloading, a crane truck will come that is adapted to how far and high the lift needs to be. It is therefore very important that you have specified the correct measurements to us when ordering. The spa is then lifted in the lifting straps that we have mounted on the spa. The lifting rails under the spa do not need to be removed.

Once the spa is in place, installation can begin according to our instructions.
The tech box is inside the spa and is lifted out by at least two people. You should lift using the lifting straps that are around the spa. The tech box weighs approximately 100-150 kg depending on the model and equipment chosen.
After the tech box is removed, it is placed next to the spa and connected with included cables and hoses.
