Around the entire spa, a minimum of 10 cm thick EPS insulation encloses it, carefully developed to provide an unmatched heat retention effect. Regardless of the ambient temperature, this insulation ensures that the water retains its comfortable warmth, minimizing energy consumption and maximizing comfort. The frame is self-supporting and requires no additional support structures – all you need is a flat and stable surface.
To ensure an absolute fit and the highest possible quality, our insulation is manufactured from solid blocks of EPS. Each individual piece is cut out with precision in our CNC machines, adapted exactly to each unique spa bath. This method provides perfect insulation and eliminates heat leakage, making the bath extremely energy efficient.
For models with straight walls, extra strength is required to maintain structural integrity. Therefore, we cut out tube reinforcements in our advanced tube laser. These function as an integrated skeleton in the frame, providing a solid, dimensionally stable construction that withstands both water pressure and external forces over time.
