At Elsy Spa, we never cut corners. That applies to everything we do – even what you can’t see.
When we developed the lighting in our hot tubs, we had several requirements: the bulbs had to be replaceable from inside the tub, no plastic components inside the tub, and the quality had to match the same level as the rest of the construction.
The problem? No solution on the market lived up to our expectations. So we built our own.
Each lamp holder consists of two parts – a stainless steel mount that is welded directly into the tub, and a rear section that we 3D-print in-house.
Nothing is standard, nothing is left to chance. The light is carefully tested and adjusted to deliver the perfect light distribution.
Lighting is not just about light – it is about how the light is experienced. We have spent countless hours testing and fine-tuning the light distribution and angle, to create the most harmonious lighting experience in the water.
The shade of white light was a decisive factor. We tested every LED bulb we could find, but nothing lived up to our requirements.
The solution? We had a factory custom-manufacture LED bulbs exclusively for us, to get exactly the white tone we wanted. Not too blue. Not too yellow. Just perfect.
